The Asean Centre for Biodiversity (ACB) conducted an “Orientation Workshop on Management Planning for Mts. Iglit-Baco Asean Heritage Park” on July 7-9 in Occidental Mindoro, to revisit relevant national policies on protected area management and provide assistance in developing the general management plan of the park.
The orientation-workshop was followed by photo and video documentation of the important features of the park.
The activity is part of the “Asean Heritage Parks Development through Capacity Enhancement and Information Development Project,” a collaborative effort by ACB and the government of Japan through the Japan-Asean Integrated Fund.
