Student leaders in Occidental Mindoro praised Mayor Jose T. Villarosa for transforming San Jose into a vibrant municipality.

The students gathered at the Occidental Mindoro State College during the 12th Annual Young Leaders Congress of Occidental Mindoro.

The event carried the theme “Retooling leadership, our challenge now and in the future.”

The students, led by Alex P. Lamigas, commended Villarosa for accomplishing various projects and implementing laws even as he just assumed office after winning the mayoral race last May.
