Vice Governor Ejay Falcon said his final goodbye to his cherished grandmother, Estelita Macabata Falcon.
In a heartfelt Facebook post, Falcon expressed his deep emotions and underscored the significance of treasuring the bond between grandparents and grandchildren.
“Lahat tayo sa mundong ito ay may katapusan,” Falcon shared his poignant thoughts.
He fondly remembered his grandmother’s unwavering kindness and love since his early years. She played a vital role in his upbringing, and he could always feel the sincerity of her affection, which he reciprocated wholeheartedly.
“Naging mabuti sa akin simula noong ako ay bata pa, sa kanila na ako lumaki at ramdam ko ang totoong pagmamahal nya sa akin kaya naman mahal na mahal ko din sya,” he said.
“Ngayon ay nagpaalam na sya sa mundong ito, Masakit sobra,” Falcon said.
In the wake of this personal loss, Falcon urged everyone to cherish their grandparents and shower them with boundless love.
“Kaya sana tayong mga apo mahalin natin ng sobra sobra ang ating mga Lolo at Lola,” he said, underlining the significance of valuing these precious familial relationships while they are still present.
