More than 2,000 residents of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro are now covered by government’s PhilHealth Program.

Under PhilHealth’s program for the indigents, a patient will not pay anything for hospitalization.

Acting Governor Humerlito A. Dolor, together with Roxas Mayor Jackson Cinco Dy, led the distribution of PhilHealth cards in the second district town of Oriental Mindoro.

Dolor also announced that the P38-million Roxas District Hospital is nearing completion.
