Calapan City will have partly cloudy skies Monday with temperature ranging from 22 to 29 degrees Celsius, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
Northern and Central Luzon, affected by the northeast monsson, will have mostly cloudy skies with isolated light rains. The rest of Luzon will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated light rains.
Visayas and Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms becoming widespread rains over Northeastern Mindanao which may trigger flashfloods and landslides.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Elsewhere, winds will be moderate coming from the east and northeast with moderate seas.
