Calapan City will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorm on Wednesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
Temperature was forecast at high 30 decrees Celcius and a low 22.
Northeast monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon and a tail-end of a cold front is affecting Central Luzon and the Eastern section of Southern Luzon.
Northern Luzon will experience mostly cloudy skies with light rains. Central Luzon and the eastern sections of Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas.
