The Department of Foreign Affairs-Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA) reminds passport applicants to claim their passports within six months from its release.

Unclaimed passports will be cancelled after six months, it said, citing DFA regulations.

Passports are processed and released at the DFA-OCA main office in Paranaque, Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA) Passport Extension Office, Regional Consular Offices (RCOs) nationwide or at the Philippine Embassies and Consulates General.
