Calapan City will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers on Wednesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.

Temperature is forecast at high 28 degrees Celsius and at low 23 degrees.

Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers. Visayas and Mindanao will have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms becoming cloudy with widespread rains over the eastern section.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the east to northeast with slight to moderate seas.
