Calapan City will be mostly cloudy with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms on Monday, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.

Temperature will be at high 30 degrees Celsius and at low 23.

Northern and Central Luzon will experience mostly cloudy skies with light rains. Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

Strong to gale force wind is expected to affect the seaboards of Northern and Central Luzon.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the east to northeast with slight to moderate seas.
