Calapan City will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms on Friday, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Administration said.

High temperature will be at 28 degrees Celsius and a low 21 degrees Celsius.

Across the country, the interaction of northeast windflow (amihan) and the easterlies enhanced by La Nina will continue to bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over the eastern section of the country while the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Fishermen in Luzon and Visayas are advised not to venture out into the sea due to big waves generated by strong to gale force northeasterly winds.
