Four fishermen were rescued in the waters off Cabra Island, Lubang, Occidental Mindoro, the Philippine Coast Guard said.

The fishermen were onboard Mbca Triple RE, which capsized after being hit by big waves on November 29.

Fishermen from Mariveles, Bataan onboard F/B John Mark 2 spotted the distressed vessel and rescued its crew, the PCG said.

The four were brought to Mariveles, Bataan but it was not clear if they were Mindoreños or residents of Bataan.
