Philippine low-cost carrier, Cebu Pacific is offering close to two million seats at 50 percent off in a system-wide seat sale from February 18 to 21, 2010, for travel this June 1 to December 31, 2010.
As the Philippines’ number one domestic flag carrier, CEB is known for its trademark seat sales, lowest year-round fares and operation of the youngest aircraft fleet in the Philippines.
It flies to its extensive network from four hubs in the Philippines: Manila, Cebu, Clark and Davao.
The 50 percent off is in appreciation of its many passengers who helped uphold the lead of http://www.cebupacificair.com as the top travel website in the Philippines, marketing vice president for marketing and distribution Candice Iyog said Wednesday.
CEB’s 50 percent off seat sale is applicable to the airline’s 32 domestic destinations.
This includes the Airbus and ATR flights to Boracay (Caticlan), Kalibo, Coron (Busuanga), Tagbilaran (Bohol), Puerto Princesa, Cebu, Laoag, and Ozamiz.
Promo seats up for grabs also include CEB’s 14 international destinations, namely Taipei, Kota Kinabalu, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok (from Manila and Clark), Incheon, Pusan, Shanghai, Taipei, Macau, Guangzhou, Osaka, Jakarta, Singapore and Hong Kong (from Manila, Cebu and Clark).
The lead is based on a February 15, 2010 Alexa Top Sites report, which provides web information services as well as website traffic statistics (www.alexa.com).
The CEB website has been holding the top domestic travel website post since May 2007.
