MANILA—Adorned with 22-carat gold necklace and rings in all his 10 fingers, a dentist from Calapan City filed his candidacy for president at the Commission on Elections headquarters in Intramuros, Manila Sunday.
Dr. Agustin Bolor, president of the Barangay Kagawad Assembly of the Philippines (BKAP)-Calapan, said the country needs change.
“This is my first time to file my candidacy for president. I saw the need to promote health and education in the country,” he said.
Bolor said wearing gold has become his signature in Calapan City, where he is known as “Doc Tin.” FULL STORY
